Distortion of Self

The Self

In philosophy, the self is an individual's own being, knowledge, and values, and the relationship between these values.wikipedia Physically, the self is the body. This can be broken down into the body's organs, organ systems, abilities, and the relationship between them. Like the philosophical self can change and be changed, the physical self can change and be changed.

Spellcasting

Every creature with a constitution score can change themself. That change need not be slow nor permanent and it can be at will.

A creature can change themselves a number of ways equal to half their HD + their Constitution modifier (minimum one). A creature can continue changing themselves after this point if they pass a Constitution check (DC 10 + 2 per extra way). If the check fails, they take 2 Constitution damage (a creature can die from this damage). If the check succeeds, they can change themselves more but it becomes progessively more strenuous and dangerous according to the following table.

Changes a creatures undergo in this way persist when unconscious and even in death.
